What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your business name, trade, suburb, owner name, mobile and email. When Milo Calls takes a call, we collect the caller's name, mobile, and the details of their enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service: answering calls, sending SMS summaries, and showing you calls and jobs in your dashboard. We do not use call data to train AI models.
Recording
Calls are recorded and transcribed to create summaries. Callers are told in the greeting that calls are recorded. You can access and delete recordings from your dashboard.
SMS opt-out
Every SMS we send includes an opt-out instruction. Contacts who reply STOP will not receive further messages.
Data storage
Data is stored in Australia or the US. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@toolsai.app.
