Service
Milo Calls is an AI receptionist service provided by ToolsAi Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901), Sydney, Australia. It answers phone calls on behalf of your business, takes messages and booking requests, and sends you summaries by SMS.
Recording and transcription
Calls are recorded and transcribed to create job summaries. Callers are told in the greeting that calls are recorded. Recordings are stored securely and may be accessed by you through your dashboard.
Plans and billing
The Founding Year plan is A$999 per year. It is a founding price, and it renews at A$999/year while you stay subscribed. The Monthly plan is A$149 per month plus a one-off A$299 setup fee. Both plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Both include 150 call minutes per month. Overage billing is coming soon, and we will give you notice before any overage charges apply. All prices are GST inclusive. Payments are processed by Pinch.
SMS and opt-out
Milo Calls sends SMS messages to callers on your behalf. Every SMS includes an opt-out instruction. If a contact replies STOP, they will not receive further messages.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Australia or the US. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans are month-to-month. The Founding Year renews yearly at A$999; cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Milo Calls for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for diverting calls to your Milo Calls number and for responding to job summaries in a timely manner.
